Welcome to Fields on Demand, the mobile application operated by AFH Baseball Academy, located at 21315 Bridge St, Southfield, MI 48033 ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the App. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian create and manage their account. Parent accounts may link to player accounts to oversee their child's training. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
The App provides three account types: Player, Parent, and Coach/Admin. Each account type provides a different experience and level of access. Player accounts are available to enrolled members of AFH Baseball Academy programs. Parent accounts allow booking lessons, viewing player progress, accessing parent education content (with eligible subscription), and communicating with coaches. Coach/Admin accounts are reserved for authorized AFH Baseball Academy staff.
Certain features of the App require a paid subscription or course purchase. Available tiers include Parent Portal ($9.99/month), Fields on Demand Membership ($79.99/month), Remote ($300/month), Hybrid Silver ($350/month), Hybrid Gold ($475/month), and Hybrid Platinum ($700/month), as well as individual course purchases. Prices are displayed in the App and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Payments are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges at the applicable rate. Subscriptions renew automatically each month on the date of your original purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, access will continue through the end of your current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued for partial months. Refunds for other circumstances are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
Individual course purchases are one-time payments and provide permanent access to the purchased course content for as long as your account is active.
Parents may book lessons through the App using our Mindbody integration. Lesson availability is subject to coach schedules and facility capacity. Booking a lesson does not require a paid subscription. All lessons must be paid for at the time of booking or in accordance with your membership plan.
Cancellation Policy
AFH Baseball Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to unforeseen circumstances, including coach illness, facility issues, or weather. In such cases, you will receive a full credit or rescheduled appointment at no additional charge.
The App provides access to training video courses created by AFH Baseball Academy. These videos are proprietary content owned by AFH Baseball Academy and are protected by copyright. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the content for personal training purposes only. You may not download, copy, distribute, share, reproduce, or publicly display any video content from the App. Access to specific courses depends on your subscription tier or individual course purchases.
Players may upload swing videos (up to 60 seconds) for coaching analysis. By uploading content, you grant AFH Baseball Academy a non-exclusive license to store, view, and use the video for coaching and training purposes within the App. Uploaded videos are accessible to the player, linked parent accounts, and authorized coaching staff. You retain ownership of your uploaded content and may request deletion at any time.
The App uses artificial intelligence to assist coaches in creating personalized workout plans. All AI-generated content is reviewed by a qualified coach before being assigned to a player. AI-generated workout plans are tools to assist coaching and are not medical or professional athletic advice. You should consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
Baseball training involves inherent physical risks including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, bruises, and other injuries. By using the App and participating in any training program, workout, or drill provided through the App, you acknowledge that you understand and voluntarily accept these risks. You agree that AFH Baseball Academy, its coaches, employees, and affiliates are not responsible for any injury that may occur during training. If you are a parent or guardian creating an account for a minor, you accept these risks on behalf of your child.
We strongly recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any training program, especially for young athletes. If you experience pain or discomfort during any drill or exercise, stop immediately and consult a medical professional.
The App provides messaging between coaches and players/parents. Messages must be related to training, scheduling, and baseball development. You agree not to use the messaging feature to send spam, harassment, offensive content, or any material unrelated to AFH Baseball Academy services. We reserve the right to monitor messages for safety and policy compliance, and to suspend messaging access for violations.

The App, its design, features, training methodology (including the Fields Hitting System), video content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by AFH Baseball Academy. "Fields on Demand," "AFH Baseball Academy," and "Fields Hitting System" are trademarks of AFH Baseball Academy. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the App as intended.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate training information and a reliable platform, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Training programs and workout plans are provided for informational and coaching purposes and should not replace professional medical advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AFH Baseball Academy, its owners, coaches, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to physical injury during training, loss of data, or service interruptions. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to access the App ceases immediately. Active subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination for Terms violations. Provisions regarding intellectual property, assumption of risk, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App and updating the effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oakland County, Michigan.
