Former MLB Hitting Coach (Tigers, Indians) • MLB Player • Former Pro Player • 300+ College Commits • 10 MLB Draft Picks
You're coaching against the internet.
Your hitters show up quoting swing trends from Instagram — turn the barrel over, pull the ball in the air — cues invented by people who never hit at a high level. The kids get worse, the parents get confused, and you're the one who's supposed to have the answer.
Where does a coach go to actually learn this the right way?
Now there's an answer.

“Bruce and I have been together a long time. His knowledge towards hitting I've always admired and getting a chance to be around him made it that much better for me. He's an animal. He covers all the fundamentals on hitting, both mental and physical.”

Trusted at Every Level of the Game
“I have known the Fields family for a long time & scouted both sons as prospects for the Rockies several years ago. One thing I know for sure is they know their baseball! If you want the perfect blend of old school mechanics & new school analytics come see the Fields family! They will make you better if you work at it. I highly recommend All Fields Hitting”
Ed Santa
Colorado Rockies Scout
“I’ve known and been friends with the Fields family for nearly 20 years, a longstanding trusted relationship. There’s no better people, who care for the betterment and development of their athletes. They value the fundamental characteristics of a successful ball player and person—I’m proud to call them friends.”
Jeff Mercer
University of Indiana, Head Coach
“I have been very fortunate throughout my career to meet some great people in the game of baseball. The Fields Family is at the top of the list when it comes to teaching the game to young people. While they are extremely knowledgeable about developing young players, what sets them apart is their authentic care for each individual as a person.”
