OUR STORY

From the Big Leagues to Your Player

All Fields Hitting started as an idea between Coach Bruce Fields and his sons, Aaron and Daniel. In the 1990s, after his seasons concluded, Bruce would always go back home to the Detroit Metro Area and work with his sons and other young players in the off season.

Being a professional coach, he understood the importance of exposing kids to individualized, high level training that worked best for them. During summers, Aaron and Daniel would travel to see Coach Bruce, where they were able to work with and be around some of the best players in baseball.

Being able to learn from these players was an invaluable experience and planted the seeds for what is now All Fields Hitting Baseball Academy. In 2016, the idea came together to officially open our doors.

OUR MISSION

Develop the Complete Player

We take a holistic approach that focuses on both the physical AND mental aspects of playing and practicing. While most coaches focus strictly on the physical, we believe the mental is equally important and arms players with the tools to be good in both areas. Our process has helped hundreds of players reach their goal of playing at the college level and beyond.
